WHEN LIES ARE APPROPRIATE

WHEN LIES ARE APPROPRIATE
Lies are bad, they hurt people’s feeling. However there are certain situations when lies are appropriate.
Here are some:

1. When you just spent $200 on a pair of gorgeous pumps and you co-worker comes in to work wearing same pair of shoes, you say “I found them on sale for $25”. That lie just saved you $175.

2. When you see someone that you definitely know, but just can’t remember their name, you reach for your phone, read your imaginary text and say: “I have to run, my girlfriend’s water just broke, but it was nice seeing you”

3. When you see an old girlfriend that you haven’t seen in years and she gained a lot of weight, you say: “Wow! Your hair looks soooo good!

4. When you are at a party and you ate something that doesn’t agree with your stomach and gives you gas, you let one out …….. and you blame it on the dog.

5. When you are having dinner at your in-laws and you just want to get out, you reach for your phone, read your imaginary text and say: “I have to run my girlfriend’s water just broke, but it was nice seeing you”.

6. When your neighbor asks if that was your dog that pooped on his front porch, you say: “No, I have a cat”.

7. When a girl in your office that you cannot stand is wearing perfume that smells like gasoline, you say:”Wow! This perfume is soooo you!

8. When your boss asks you why you are late for work again, you say :”My girlfriend’s water just broke this morning”.

9. When that girl in your office, you know the one that smells like a gasoline asks you if her butt looks big in these jeans, you say: “Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!”

10. When you come home from shopping spree and your husband asks: “How much did you spent on those shoes? You say you found them on sale for $25 and you just  saved him you $175:-)

I hope this put a smile on your face. Let’s try not to take life so seriously.
